Hello, I had a good nights sleep last nite, we put a long acting anesthetic in before the patient leaves, so he has no pain the first day. I have taken no pain killers, not even tylenol. The pictures show that the procedure is getting more difficult to detect, even this soon post-op. I am doing the Big Sur Marathon on April 30th (my 5th marathon), so I hope to resume training today with a 10 km walk. I won't be able to resume my running until the weekend. I also do Yoga, and did some yoga stretches last night, all in an upright position, and will try to continue this every day till early next week when I will start the inverted postures. I resumed sexual activity this morning at 6 am! I haven't turned it down in 29 years of marriage so I wasn't going to start today. I am in the office today seeing patients, no procedures, just consultations. I will start doing procedures again tomorrow, I will update at 48 hours, Dr. Robert Jones
