- by Dr. Jones No photo today, it hasn't changed much from yesterday. I had a great day, ran a 10 k, had lots of spring in my legs. I also did a half hour of stretching. I'm going to try a 20k on the weekend. I let the shower go directly on my head this morning. We have a rainforest shower with very little pressure so it felt great to feel the water run over the crusts for a few minutes. I'm really excited to see my new hair come in, I can't wait. A few people have asked why strip and not fue (follicular unit extraction). I already have a scar, it doesn't bother me. I often buzz to a number 3 and you can't see it. As well, I don't have anyone in the office trained to do fue (other than myself), so I would have had to go to another office to get it - I didn't want to do that.
