- by Dr. Jones  Hello again, I just got back from a 20k run, felt amazing. Hard to believe I'm 5 days post-op. We were out last nite and without mentioning it, no one would have known I had the procedure done. I put toppik on the recipient and a bit of prothick on the donor. About half of my crusts are off already. I am going under the shower about 3 times per day. They will all be gone by monday, a week post-op.
