- by Dr. Jones  Hello, I am now 16 days after my surgery. My activities are back to normal and have been for quite some time. I have posted a photo of the recipient site. I have had a bit of shock loss, but I know this will regrow over the next month or so. I have no more crusts or even scalp irregularity, as you can see from the close-up photo. I still have some numbness around the scar and on the top of my head, but it is getting better every day. One poster asked what I used on a daily basis for my hair. I have started my new scalp treatment formula, shampoo and conditioner. It should be available through my site over the next few weeks. I've started the hair loss book with my son, it's fun to put down into word the experiences I have had in the last 10 years in the hair loss industry, Please keep the questions coming, I'm going on holidays the middle of next week, I'll try and do some pictures and post before I go.
