Hello, I've been lucky in that my hair started to grow at about 8 weeks. Most of the time it takes 12 or even 16 weeks before growth starts. I have been using my scalp formula, shampoo and conditioner, as well as eating as healthy as possible. I am a health food nut, eating at least 4 to 5 portions of fruit and vegetable daily, as well as "Go Lean" every morning. I'm off meat, but still eat fish. I have stopped eating all dairy, I just drink soya products from Whole Foods. I also excersise at least once a day, keeping as fit as I can. All this healthy living has got to help! I will update with photos in a couple of weeks, Dr.J
