3 weeks Post-Op

It's been three weeks since the procedure. All crusts from the recipient site are long gone, although the frontal area remains somewhat pink all over, though not overtly so. You can see that all of the hairs have shed from the recipient site and shockloss is in f ull swing. In addition, I've noticed some shedding/shockloss in the donor areas as well, though more on the left side, interestingly enough (2nd day of procedure). There seems to be a number of the transplanted hairs that have remained, though, which is odd. The donor sites are still spotted, but gradually fading, slower than I expected. I think they're still noticeable, but my friends assure me they're not. Also, there has been definitive growth of full hairs both on the crown and at the hairline (wasn't expecting any growth up front) after only 5 weeks on fin/min. This growth is outside of the transplant areas. I've been taking a HUGE amount of ribbing from my friends, and poker night was an all-out dressing down of my soon-to-be head of hair. But since I'm usually the one enthusiastically dishing it out, it was very warranted so I bit my tongue. More next week.
