I went to church yesterday and wondered if it is appropriate to leave your hat on during the service. It is one of those new trendy churches with lots of music, lights and audio visual effects. When the Pastor came out in his collarless t-shirt and cargo shorts I decided it would be just fine to leave my hat on if I wanted. The scabs are starting to dry up and flake away.

I'm glad I didn't sit in front of my sister at church because she has a real issue with picking scabs and I don't think that would be a good idea.

I continue to soak my head for twenty minutes twice a day. I've not had 40 minutes to myself in many years. I'm thinking about asking the Dr. if I should continue the soaking sessions for another year!
